The Art Motion exclusive: Moby Dick’s Totems, signed print
Moby Dick (as he called himself), a Los Angeles artist, had left the city to live in Landers, on Route 247, in the Mojave Desert. In the late 80s, Moby Dick carved and painted dead Joshua tree trunks that he and his wife Bobby, a doll maker, started putting out on their property. Sadly when he passed some years ago and all the artwork was removed.
